By using the MBS – Daily Reset (My Better Self) application, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

MBS is a personal well-being app for tracking habits, journaling your daily life, and progressing toward your goals. The app is available in a free version and a Premium version.

3. User Account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities carried out from your account. You agree not to use the application for unlawful purposes.

4. Premium Subscription

The Premium subscription is available at:

• · 79.99 EUR per year (save 33%)

Payment is charged via your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.

How to cancel:

• · On iPhone: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › MBS Daily Reset › Cancel
• · On Android: Google Play Store › Subscriptions › MBS Daily Reset › Cancel

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refund is issued for the already paid period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the application (design, text, features) is the exclusive property of My Better Self. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

MBS is a personal support tool and does not replace a healthcare professional. We cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on data displayed in the application.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via the application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
